Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Sourcing Manager to assist in product procurement, supplier management, and order execution. This role involves working closely with suppliers in China, negotiating pricing, and ensuring quality standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, primarily in China.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct quality checks and supplier audits as needed.
• Monitor market trends to source competitive and high-demand products.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Work with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with client needs.
• Support data entry and documentation of procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
• Basic understanding of international trade, logistics, and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits.
