Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Support Engineer with a techno/functional medium role, working with multiple service providers & stake holders focusing more on providing support in solving technical and functional related issues.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate daily with a team of Software Developers, Architect, and other stakeholders to support applications.
Interact directly with business customers to gather and understand requirements and how they translate in application features.
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
Raise support tickets or analyse tickets raised by customers.
Revise, update, refactor and debug code as required.
Test and deploy applications and systems.
Documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Provide training to end users on the software.

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
2+ years of experience in SDLC (software development life-cycle), Object Oriented or Functional Programming language (such as: JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, etc.).
Working experience in any RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL or Postures.
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Confident, keen to learn about new technologies.
Self-motivated, eye to detail on tasks.
Good team-player.
