Job Overview:

As a Junior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will work closely with the development team to identify issues, run tests, and contribute to delivering a flawless user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in our products using bug-tracking tools.
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.
Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and stakeholders on product quality.
Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
0-2 years of experience in software testing or a similar role.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
