Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan the lessons and activities meeting the curricular objectives
Deliver the classroom activities effectively optimizing the learning gains
Manage and monitor the students' activities and behaviors and offer needful support instantly
Conduct regular assessments and keep records
Plan/Lead the social-related activities
Support in various school events
Enhance positive learning atmosphere and positive discipline ensuring others' dignity and respect
