Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

OLOW is looking for a candidate with high self-motivation, who implements the scholarship programme, as well as the support programme under the guidance of the Manager. Among others, the following tasks need to be fulfilled:

Carry out socio- economic assessments, select beneficiaries based on indicators
Conduct field visits: Plan support, monitor programmes and conduct evaluations
Assist the team in administrative tasks
Develop programme designs and concepts

Other Specification

At least Bachelor degree in social work, social science, or other relevant degree
Minimum of 2 years working experience in non-profit organization
Solid report writing and documentation skills
Proficiency of English language is a must (reading and writing)
Professional use of Microsoft office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others)
High self-motivation to fulfill a position in a non-profit organization, active, positive personality
Two wheeler driver license
