Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for the daily maintenance of social media platforms, but not limited to, answering customer inquiries, responding to community participation on posts/stories to help increase engagement and partnership inquiries on all social media platforms
Responsible for executing and optimizing paid media ads (social, publishing, etc.)
Report on campaign performance while sharing consumer insights. Be able to tell a story with data.
Brainstorm new ideas to increase engagement and grow audiences and work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging, creative content and campaigns that will build community engagement and awareness.
Seek out potential partners to help grow brand awareness through giveaways, Instagram Live collaborations, and potential sponsorships.
Monitor and participate in the online conversation via posts to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
Keep up to date on current events and pop culture to effectively leverage trends and apply them to social content needs and campaigns on social media platforms.
Craft and maintain content delivery schedules and meet deadlines as needed.
Serve as back up to support tasks of the Marketing Department
