We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our RB Diamond Australia team as a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer with proficient video editing skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating captivating visual content, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling posts, and producing engaging videos to enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
Utilize video editing skills to produce compelling video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs.
Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and comments across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in timing and content.
Design visually appealing graphics, including images, infographics, and other visual elements for digital and print materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and marketing collateral.

Furthermore, you will be working from Imadole office while serving RB Diamond Jewellers in Australia, you will coordinate closely with our Australia team. Our senior management will provide guidance and assign tasks to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives, and you will be responsible for executing these tasks promptly and efficiently.
