Job Overview: IT Training Nepal is seeking a creative and dynamic individual to manage our social media presence and create engaging content. The role involves planning, developing, and executing strategies to enhance our brand, attract students, and increase online engagement.

Key responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Schedule and monitor posts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online communities.

Content Creation:

• Design and create high-quality, engaging posts, reels, stories, and graphics.
• Write compelling captions, blog articles, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the team for video creation and editing.

Campaigns & Analytics:

• Plan and manage social media campaigns to promote courses and events.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
• Suggest improvements based on data to optimize engagement and reach.

Branding & Awareness:

• Ensure alignment with the brand's voice and identity in all content.
• Research and implement trends in education and technology for innovative content ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong writing skills for social media captions and blog posts.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset and ability to work independently.
