Position Overview:

The Social Media Content Creator plays a crucial role in enhancing Kirana's online presence and strengthening our relationships with customers and followers across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with good communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonates with our target audience.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and interactive community around our brand.
Audience Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of followers, likes, and shares on our social media platforms.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns and promotions effectively. Generate content that aligns with campaign objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and features to ensure Kirana remains ahead of the curve.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a well-organized content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
User-Generated Content: Encourage and curate user-generated content that showcases our products or services and enhances our brand image.
Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers who can positively impact our online presence.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing social media accounts and driving engagement.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Should have generic knowledge video editing apps to make UGC.
Creativity and a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
Time management and organizational skills.
