Other Specification

Candidate must possess at least Diploma (CTEVT)/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh Graduate or a Minimum 1 year of working experience in the respective field is required for this position, preferably background from contractor.
Required skill(s): good working knowledge in both written and spoken in Nepali and English.
Good supervisory skills, good communication

Job Description

Able to understand the design drawings
Plan and execute the tasks given with optimum use of resources
Day-by-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
Strong will and high courage to deal with difficult site conditions
Provide standing supervision
Good knowledge of construction method
Good in records keeping and monitoring of work done
Prepare and submit site report
Have own transport vehicle to work and to site
