Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for communication and maintenance with customers and related units, organize and implement specific business operations, and coordinate problems arising
Responsible for formulating and improving the construction plan
Responsible for budget preparation, review and control of project costs and expenses, and profit analysis of the project
Responsible for completing the assessment indicators issued by the department, formulating various work plans for the project, and summarizing the work
Perform performance appraisal on personnel according to performance appraisal indicators, and make an assessment record
Responsible for supervising the work of local employees, rationally arranging the division of work, and maintaining a good working atmosphere for the team
Responsible for the promotion and training of relevant documents of the superior units

Salary & Other Benefits:

Salary + Bonus (Including house,meal,trans.,and other allowance. Including tax)

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor degree or above
Certificate of road engineer certificate, power engineer certificate, civil engineer certificate, double certificate priority
More than 2 years communication line construction experience is preferred
Experience in project management of road engineering, civil engineering, and electric power is preferred. Chinese communication skills are preferred
Willing to travel frequently
Good communication, organizational and coordination skills, strong ability to analyze, learn and solve problems
Skilled in using office software
