We are currently seeking a motivated Site Engineer/ Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at China First Highway Engineering Company. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction activities on site
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and timeline
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct site inspections and resolve any potential issues or conflicts
Prepare and review project documentation, such as progress reports and drawings
Make recommendations for improvements and optimization of project processes
Keep up-to-date with construction best practices and industry updates
Mentor and guide junior engineers on site

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Have relevant experience of sub-base , base of bridge construction.
Be able to communicate with supervisor independently.
Have good coordination and skills on-site.
Operators with more than 3 years of experience, including crane operator( truck crane, crawler, crane tower crane) loader, excavator operator, batching plant operator, roller operator, trucker (concrete mixture) Tipper operator, rotary drilling operator, electrician repairman.
