Jambudip Construction Private Limited (JCPL), was first introduced in Nepal in the year 2006 as a construction company with registered office based in Basundhara, Kathmandu. The company is mainly involved in construction of buildings and bridges both government and private including commercial complex and health care center along with bridge work. JCPL also enters into Joint Ventures (JVs) with other companies in order to meet the eligibility criteria for different construction projects.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including any issues or delays.
  • Conduct site surveys, measurements, and inspections.
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
  • Implement and monitor environmental protection measures on site.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Attend site meetings and prepare detailed reports.
  • Promote and enforce health and safety standards on site.
  • Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Implement measures to prevent accidents and incidents on site.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies for construction sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory compliance and project management.
  • Identify and resolve any technical or site-related issues that may arise during the project.
