Parth International is seeking a mid-level Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and managing sites, ensuring their successful completion within the designated timeline and budget. This role requires a Street Smart Engineer with experience in Project and Site Handling, CAD Drafting, BOQ & Estimation, Sales & Marketing for Hardware, Glass Works & Windows, and Building Materials Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays
Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications
Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and layouts
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimate project costs
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell hardware, glass works, windows, and other building materials
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site
Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction
Keep track of project expenses and report to senior management
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the building materials industry
Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
