Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Showroom Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the showroom’s visual standards, and assisting clients in selecting products. This role requires a friendly, confident, and customer-focused individual with knowledge of FMCG and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
Welcome and greet customers.
Keep up to date with product information.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Follow all the company's policies and procedures.
Should be able to make Tiktok videos of products from the showroom and post them on social media platforms

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience: Minimum 2 years in showroom sales, retail, or related customer-facing roles

Qualification:

Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Word, Excel, and capable of managing social media platforms
Friendly, confident, engaging, and able to work under pressure
Knowledge of FMCG and beauty products, with the ability to handle clients effectively
Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or beauty products preferred
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a helpful and approachable attitude
Educational Qualification: High School / Intermediate / Bachelor’s running

Working Hours and Salary:

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Leave: 1 day
Saturday Requirement: Must work two Saturdays per month
Salary: NPR 20,000 per month + incentives
