Proven experience as a technical Technical Project Manager, IT Manager or CRM Specialist
Solid knowledge of CRM systems and applications - preferably experience with Salesforce
Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com
Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
Ability to handle multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions
Problem-solving aptitude
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Associate’s degree or BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred
Certification (e.g. Salesforce certified) is a plus

Job Description

Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
Understand company needs to define system specifications
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Build an internal technical documentation, manuals for the use of Salesforce (CRM and Marketing Automation) across departments and projects
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
Comply with data integrity and security policies
