Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Attend service and application call for Laboratory Diagnostics Equipment inside and outside Kathmandu Valley
Guide user for application support and travel to site as an when required
Take ownership of customer issue and provide prompt service.
Maintain as service log book and report all service and application calls to supervisor
Attend regular/periodic service and application call

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelor’s degree on Biomedical, electronics engineering and related Field. Candidate with BMET degree can also apply.
Must have a learning attitude and willingness to travel
Problem solving attitude
Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written
Should have good communication skills
Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Should be flexible for frequent travelling out of their main station

Note:

Number of Openings: 4 (3 in Kathmandu and 1 in Pokhara)"
Candidates with prior working experience in biomedical service industry are highly encouraged to apply.
