Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor with 1 year of hands-on experience in the commercial vehicle industry. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between customers and the service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, technical consultation, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, understand their vehicle issues, and create detailed job cards.
Advise customers on necessary service, repair, and maintenance work.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Conduct vehicle inspections with the customer during check-in and delivery.
Prepare and explain service estimates, costs, and timelines clearly.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Promote service add-ons and value-added products where applicable.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards in all service processes.
