Senior UI/UX Designer

• Lead creative strategy for all web, mobile, digital and application initiatives while executing the aligned brand creative vision
• Responsible for designing and building highly impactful design solutions
• Create designs and wireframes from concept for maximum usability
• Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and industry-standard, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS designs
• Create designs/templates for web, mobile application and email templates and info-graphics to support all digital marketing including web, email and social media
• Own testing and optimization strategy of websites and creative campaigns
• Manage and maintain website and blog updates with new content, landing pages and templates
• Collaborate with designers, content and creative teams to drive up standards of digital creativity
• Present strategic ideas and vision to executive level and cross functional teams
• Manage project deliverables from beginning to end, with responsibility for meeting timelines from and commitments to stakeholders
• Continue to learn, explore and evaluate new technologies, and grow professionally
