About the job

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional design skills with an understanding of security-focused user experiences, creating interfaces that enable efficient threat monitoring and incident response while maintaining robust security standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive user research and usability testing for cybersecurity products
Design complex security dashboards, alert systems, and incident response interfaces
Create and maintain design systems specifically tailored for security applications
Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Lead design reviews and provide mentorship to junior designers
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement security-focused designs
Ensure accessibility and usability standards while maintaining security requirements

Required Skills and Competencies

Proven expertise in user research methodologies and data analysis

Advanced proficiency in:

User flow creation and information architecture
Interactive prototyping
Visual design and typography
Design system development
Data visualization
Responsive design
Security UI/UX patterns

Authentication flows:

Real-time data visualization
Risk indicators and alert systems

Expert-level proficiency in design tools:

Figma
Sketch

Experience with design documentation and handoff tools
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Excellence in cross-functional team collaboration

Additional Design Skills (Preferred)

Experience with cybersecurity or enterprise software
Understanding of front-end technologies
Experience with animation and micro-interactions
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines
Knowledge of design tokens and systematic design approaches

Required Experience & Qualification

5+ years of UI/UX design experience
3+ years of experience with complex enterprise applications
Proven track record of leading design projects from conception to launch
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
