Job Requirements

4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to discuss and explain design options

Detail-oriented, Critical Thinker, Problem solver, and Customer-centered

Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision

Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3

Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with product managers and development teams to create exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals

Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members

Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
