MD Adventure Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Ticketing Officer with at least 2 years of experience in ticketing operations, preferably in a supervisory role. As a leading IATA-certified travel agency, we require an experienced professional to oversee ticketing operations for both domestic and international flights. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

Lead and manage ticketing operations, ensuring smooth processing of sales for international and domestic flights.
Supervise and mentor junior ticketing staff, providing training and support.
Develop and implement effective ticketing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with management and other departments to optimize overall service delivery.
Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and company policies.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing, with a preference for supervisory experience in a travel agency.
In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations and ticketing software (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by travel demands.
