The Job
Senior Technical Writer will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our product and mentor other technical writers. They will create technical documents such as product manuals, release notes, how-to videos, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documents for both internal and external users of Logpoint.
Technical Writing is a job that requires writers to communicate information in a way that is clear and easy to understand. But that is not all. Writers will also be testing and researching new technology. A job where they need to identify what people need to achieve and then get to explain how they can achieve it.
As a Senior Technical writer, they’ll be embedded in product teams to tackle complex problems and produce helpful, informative guides for our customers. As part of our cross-functional UX team, they'll set the example for best practices in user-centered Technical Writing amongst your peers.
