This is a mid-level role to act as a point of contact on all infrastructure and technology related matters in the organization. He/ She assist the line manager in planning, implementing and maintaining the organization’s ICT infrastructures and ensure IT security policies/ procedures are adhered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setups and maintains data center, ICT infrastructures including servers, hardware, networks and associated systems.
• Identifies and implements necessary upgrade and security patches in networks and servers.
• Oversees system backups, data archiving and ensures adequate contingencies are maintained for the critical infrastructures.
• Maintains all communication systems including telephone, fax, internet, other communication systems
  
• Monitors NCHL’s network between DC, DR and with the member BFIs.
• Performs system backups, data archiving participate in disaster recovery drills.
