Senior Software Engineer

• Be reliable and dependable to complete assigned work/ features. Full stack (Java) Developer: Is proficient with problem solving ability using Java (major)
• Always willing to help stakeholders as well as team for achieving company's objective and the team goals
• Log assigned works regularly and contribute at best to smooth down the burndown chart
• Actively participate in making any project improvement activities and henceforth work sincerely to achieve them. 3. Increase the number of stories completed per sprint
• Would ask for help without any hesitation, if stuck somewhere for multiple days and also be co-operative enough to resolve team’s issues and concerns
• Communicate well with team members and help them to solve any kind of impediments. Also, improve communication skills across cross-teams (apparently Banksmart) and contribute to build a sustainable and smooth relationship between teams
• Explore new technologies and make sure they’re implemented in project wherever suitable. 2. Ensure that the gained knowledge is shared across team and also welcome & adapt to new ideas and approaches
• Shall maintain proper coding, commenting and documentation of my work as required such that it becomes easier to work on the same feature in the long run. Also, I would make sure that all the documents are accessible to the entire team
• Shall be ready to do research of new technology, tools or techniques to overcome any problems in the team or project. Should also be happy to listen to other's ideas/approaches and will be happy to change my working
• Research more on front-end stack (Angular) technology and contribute on adding/enhancing features.
• Follow best practices while coding and focus on better performance. 
• Excel and improve skills in Back-end and front-end development technologies

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 4 years of experience more preferred however Trainee are also applicable

Technical Skill:

• Angular JS (7 or higher)
• Sound knowledge of Backend technologies like Java/J2EE, ORM, JPA, Spring Boot & Web services.
• Experience with MySQL database engine with sound knowledge in SQL Query.
• Familiar with Test Driven Development (Especially Unit Testing) is a plus.
• Have handson experience with professional React Project development.
• Strong analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills and ability to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines.
