We aim to provide our customers with the tools needed to build their businesses and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle application development: Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Front-end development: Build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using React.js and other modern front-end technologies.
Back-end development: Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js, building RESTful APIs, and integrating with databases and other external services.
Database management: Create and optimize database schemas, perform data migration, and ensure data integrity and security.
Code optimization and performance: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshooting and bug fixing: Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or identified through testing and monitoring.
Stay up-to-date: Keep updated with the industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process and ensure the adoption of the latest tools and methodologies.
Scrum Facilitation: Guide teams in Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
Sprint Planning & Execution: Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 4 years + of experience in any related field either on Backend or Frontend.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on Node.js and React
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and third-party services.
Familiarity with modern front-end tooling, such as Webpack, Babel, or TypeScript.
Knowledge of server-side rendering and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
