DETAILS / REQUIREMENTS:

As Outpace continues to expand our core optimization team, we are seeking an experienced Senior SEO specialist. The role is responsible for optimizing websites for multiple Outpace clients.

You'll be expected to develop and implement SEO processes to generate organic traffic and identify new lead generation opportunities via organic rankings. You must be passionate about digital marketing, especially search engine optimization (SEO). This role will be a crucial part of our website optimization efforts.

Core Responsibilities

Capable of assisting the Head of SEO in formulating and implementing SEO strategies and audits.
Work in conjunction with the core SEO team to formulate and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
Research and analyze keywords to find the best ones to target and optimize them for improved search engine performance.
Conduct a competitor analysis and utilize the findings to inform SEO strategies.
Optimize web content and report on performance to improve the ranking and increase organic traffic.
Identify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee both off-site and on-site optimization projects.
Ensure SEO strategies are delivered at the highest standards.
Other SEO duties as assigned

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of solid SEO experience.
Proficient in CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, Big Commerce, and Yoast SEO plugins
Proficient in Google Analytics and Search Console.
Proficient in performing technical audits for web pages.
Expert at implementing tools like Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ, and similar.
Strong SEO understanding and communication skills to collaborate with the content and development (technical) team.
Able to manage the workflow and prioritize tasks.
Stay updated with the latest SEO practices and technologies with continuous application to drive continuous improvement.
Offer guidance and support on SEO and content best practices to assist the team.
