About the job

Job Responsibilities:

Market Expansion in Nepal: Responsible for expanding the local market in Nepal, including the development of key wholesale customers and local retail channels.
Market Dynamics Analysis: Identify the latest trends in the TM market, including product forms, pricing structures, and promotional activities.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sell-in targets for local customers in Nepal and establish inventory management for retail customers.
Retail Customer Support: Assist local retail customers in enhancing single-store sales operations.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to occasionally travel to neighboring South Asian countries.

Job Requirements:

Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales within the consumer goods industry, preferably with a focus on distributors or wholesalers.
Vape Industry Experience: Experience in the vape industry is preferred.
Location: Based in Kathmandu.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi.
