Roles and responsibilities of this job

Senior Research Officer position at Global School is created to conduct primary and secondary data based comprehensive action researches and studies on academic products, curriculum, LMS, teaching methodologies, market study, industry study, and global trends analysis, faculty development, student satisfaction measurement, academic audit, and create intelligence to support strategic decision-making of the School Board.

Core Areas of Expertise:

Curriculum, Teaching Learning Methodologies, LMS, Research and Innovations, Student Needs and Wants, Faculty Development, Academic Audit, and Continuous Feedback Measurements

Minimum Requirement:

Educational Requirements: Ph.D. by Research or PG degree in education, curriculum designing, progressive education, teaching methods, STEM education, etc. from a well reputed world rank university.
Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of experience in educational research, global educational trend studies, educational leadership, curriculum designing, progressive education, STEM education, or related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, etc.), advanced Excel skills, experience with statistical software, familiarity with data visualization tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing technology needs, and leadership qualities.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of educational products, educational market trends, competitor analysis, effective teaching learning strategies, and regulatory frameworks of education sector, etc.
