Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer with a strong background in frontend development. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of React.js / Next JS and its ecosystem, along with proficiency in modern web development frameworks and libraries such as Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, interactive web experiences.
Utilize frameworks and libraries such as Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn to enhance the user interface and user experience of applications.
Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code following best practices and design patterns.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux or Flux.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with server-side rendering using frameworks like Next.js.
Knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Previous experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Schedule

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Note: Shift changes may occur as per company requirements.
