Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Designer to lead our product design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in user experience and visual design, the ability to translate complex problems into elegant solutions, and the leadership skills to mentor junior designers.

You will drive product design strategy, own end-to-end design delivery, and ensure that our applications provide meaningful and delightful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from discovery to delivery: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
Define, evolve, and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Mentor and guide associate/junior designers, fostering their growth.
Conduct and oversee user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve user experience.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product direction.
Balance user needs with business goals to create impactful design solutions.
Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across devices.
Identify design problems, propose improvements, and validate through testing.
Introduce and advocate for new tools, methods, and best practices within the design team.
Champion design thinking and help cultivate a user-first culture in the organization.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and product strategy.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Growth mindset, proactive problem-solving, and passion for mentorship.
