Hey, Product Designer – let's build Braintrust!

What you'll be working on

Leading the end-to-end product design process, from concept ideation to implementation, ensuring the delivery of intuitive, user-centric solutions.

Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve design challenges, address feedback, and iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.

Minimal: conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences, leveraging findings to inform design decisions.

What we're looking for

• Experience working with a distributed team in a mostly asynchronous environment.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on double-sided marketplaces. Tokenomics, defi, AI experience, a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mostly asynchronous environment and comfortable with ambiguity
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts
• Must be able to overlap hours part of the day and attend review sessions
• Proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and processes
