|The Senior Operations Manager will lead on all programme management, compliance and finance requirements with responsibility for ensuring that programme operations are working optimally to support achievement of results. Working closely with the Team Leader as well as FHI 360’s Finance and Admin Director, they will be responsible for project operations, HR, financial management, risk management, asset management, delivery chain mapping, procurement, routine contract management, financial and progress reporting, governance and compliance. This position will hold senior management responsibility for safeguarding compliance and implementation of safeguarding procedures and oversee the financial, grants and operational team as well as working with the Team Leader overseeing Monitoring & Evaluation inputs.
