Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities  
  • Assist in office management and facilitate day-to-day administration and logistics needs 
  • Support team in the preparation of documents and facilitate project staff meetings and other official meetings as well as logistical arrangements of training activities 
  • Record and solve employee grievances
  • Assist in payroll management by administering leaves of employees, and maintaining the proper employee database  
  • Develop and prepare various HR Reports including key recruiting metrics, headcount reports, performance management reports, service history reports, etc.  
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain printers, internet, network, and others 
  • Filing and organizing administrative files 
  • Coordinate maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities
  • Keep systems for borrowing office supplies and update equipment lists in the system 
  • Check that the vehicle logbooks are properly filled and maintained periodically 
  • Regular check on vehicle maintenance and keep them in running position 
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to program activities, including coordinating and setting up the venue 
  • Oversee special events for staff by coordinating as per the requirement
