Position: Senior MIS Officer

Experience: 5 years

Responsibilities

· Extract actionable insights from data analysis for strategic decision-making.

· Customize reports to meet stakeholders' specific needs.

· Identify and automate manual processes using ERP systems.

· Streamline workflows to optimize efficiency.

· Utilize advanced analytical tools for forecasting and trend analysis.

· Maintain effective documentation and ensure confidentiality.

· Ensure daily reporting of Dispatch and Collection.

· Maintain accurate sales aging records.

· Communicate daily with Sales Officers for data collection.

· Manage documents systematically.

· Reconcile schemes payments and issue CN/DN for sales returns.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.

· Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced analytical tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Attention to detail and confidentiality.
