We are seeking a Senior Laravel Developer to lead and mentor our development team while contributing to cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kathmandu, ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-quality web applications in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and guide the in-house development team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Develop scalable backend systems using Laravel and other modern web technologies.
Build intuitive, user-friendly front-end interfaces for global e-commerce platforms.
Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Ensure code quality, architectural consistency, and adherence to best development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development goals with business needs.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, frameworks, and development trends to drive innovation.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Experience: Minimum 5 years in web development, with proven leadership or team mentoring experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Back-End Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Hands-on experience with the Laravel framework (required).
Front-End Development experience, including designing user-friendly interfaces.
Experience with AJAX, database design, and AI integration is a plus.

Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance efficiently.
Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills for an in-house, full-time development environment.
Bonus: Prior experience in e-commerce or global retail platforms is a strong advantage.
