As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing both the front-end and back-end of our web applications. You will lead the technical direction of projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, and database management is essential.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of complex web applications using Laravel and PHP.
Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
Oversee frontend development using technologies like JavaScript and React, ensuring the delivery of responsive and high-performance user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with project teams to define specifications, integrate business logic, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide best practices for junior developers.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through testing, debugging, and refactoring.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Laravel Development.
Extensive experience and expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Deep proficiency in Laravel Framework, Vue.js, and MySQL Database.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, and implementation.
Advanced experience with Git Version Control and collaborative development workflows.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design patterns.
Proven experience in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers.
