Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • More than or equal to 2 years in related field (preferably in ad agency)
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing

Job Description

Reports to:  Art Director/Creative Director

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute ideas and designs by gathering information and data
  • Be completely responsible, independent, and accountable for the assigned projects
  • Interpret the client’s needs and produce design solutions to communicate the messages with the high visual impact
  • Develop designs and sample layouts on the basis of layout principles and aesthetic appeal as per the brief within the specified time period
  • Determine the size of visual/illustrative material and copy and select the type and size of fonts
  • Be updated with the latest emerging new media technologies and industry software
  • Work as a part of team with copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and printers
