You will play a crucial role in supporting the technology platform and infrastructure used by large automotive manufacturers and their dealerships in the US. We will be modernizing our tech stack and architecture while maintaining existing applications, preserving system reliability and stability. Roles and Responsibilities

• Designs and develops system integrations, web applications, project workflows
• Equally comfortable writing clean/scalable code, doing code reviews, making technology design decisions
• Has an eye for user experience, user interaction and what looks good on screen
• Can translate abstract technical concepts to people at all levels and varying technical abilities
• Ability to work well with a cross-functional team of varying technical skill-sets
• Driven, self-motivated individual that takes pride in your work, ownership of your projects, and is accountable for the success of applications
• Proven ability to manage projects, including timelines, scope and deliverables
• Experience maintaining legacy systems

Experience

• BA/BS in Computer Science or other related field
• 4+ years overall programming experience with web-based solutions
• 3+ years J2EE (including Spring, Struts, Tiles, Hibernate, JDBC)
• 4+ years React.js, including publish/build ecosystem: webpack, Babel, Yarn, node, git, etc.
• 5+ years webapp development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases
• Experience managing application server, like Tomcat
• Experience developing presentation layers using JSPs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Familiarity with GitLab, DevOps, AWS, CI/CD pipeline automation/management
• Experience with API design/development/management, microservices, SoA
• Familiarity industry standard Design Patterns for web application development
• Familiarity with Ant Design, LESS, or similar component libraries/tools
