Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for innovative and proactive Senior Front End Developer as a full time employee in Kathmandu. He/She will be closely working with our creative product managers, design team and back-end developer to convert ideas to solutions.

Maintain documents on technical requirements for any new features and communicate with back-end developer for such requirements.
Participates in reviewing design refactoring and provides insightful comments to improve the design quality and standards.
Guide junior developers to make sure he/she is on track to meet deadline.
Work hour estimation with the help of the manager, the implementation and deployment of the work based on design infrastructure, testing strategy and overall project plan
Shares point of view on technology stack, package and latest technology and business trends in one or more relevant areas.
Creating a planning and breakdown of the actions to be taken
Collecting technical information and data to prepare the project
Working on the tasks and trying to stick to the milestones and release dates

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
Good communication and team interaction skills. Good Command in English is Must
Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
Good communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
Ability to prioritize when under pressure

Experience:

Mobile first responsive design
Complete understanding and hand-on-experience Object prototyping
Experience on component based design patterns
Experience on AngularJS or Angular framework or any third party MVC frameworks like (ReactJS, VueJS, Aurelia)
Experience on OAuth mechanism
Knowledge on consuming Rest APIs and JSON,
Image resources management ( Resize, crop and responsive images)
Knowledge on Multi-browser issues and should have experience on how to deal with cross browser limitations
Experience on maintaining high quality code and optimized web application
Experience on debugging and resolving performances issue in web application
Source code management with Git(Preferred)
Experience with modern build tools like Bower, Babel, Webpack and Grunt.
Experience on Agile Software development paradigm, (Preferred Jira)

Other Preferences:

Candidate with following experience will be have advantage on selection process

Previous experience on migrating web application from AngularJS to Angular
Experience on SASS process
Experience on Wordpress and PHP
Knowledge on Apache Tomcat web servers
Knowledge on application like PS, Sketch or Figma
