Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

You will be responsible for acquiring YouTube Channels for Bongo Studios
Update channel settings and optimize monetization for our clients in coordination with your colleagues
Ensure the effective use of localized titles, tags, thumbnails and descriptions with the aim to improve discoverability, gain watch time and grow the subscriber base
You will establish new, maintain existing and expand partnerships with Nepalflix business relations with the aim to secure additional revenue opportunities
You will be responsible for securing sponsorship and brand engagement for both the Nepalflix platform and our associated YouTube influencers
Generating ideas for campaigns and marketing strategy

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in business development
Proven knowledge of YouTube’s ecosystem, creator studio and content & copyright guidelines
Good relationship with TV channels, production houses, media companies
Working experience for securing sponsorships for digital products
Enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment with a young and diverse team in several countries
Fluent English and Nepali proficiency (other languages are a plus, but not required)
Need to provide client support in odd hours

Note:

This position is available on a full-time basis as part of a fresh team in our office in Kathmandu
