Job Description

What you will be doing

Project Setup & Execution: Manage tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness, including client engagement , configuring and migrating trading groups, testing and validating data, and ensuring successful implementation.
Project Support: Address client-reported issues by analyzing root causes, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining operational continuity through data retrieval, technical documentation updates, and regular client communication.
Data Analysis & Insights: Use data analysis and visualization to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and improve project performance while mitigating potential challenges.
Progress Documentation: Track milestones, draft reports for internal and client use, and evaluate project outcomes to enhance customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
