1. Lab Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
• Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and serviced.
• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and order new supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all laboratory activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Monitor and document laboratory procedures and results.

Qualification and Requirements

• BSc Chemistry
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a laboratory setting
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Having good knowledge of limestone, dolomite, & other cement building material.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
