Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

IPO/Share management
To research and retrieve information from paper-based sources, the internet and online databases for individual-average understanding and comparison
To research on industry best practices, policies, promoting overall organizational growth
To make financial projections, budgeting and annual plan for the respective projects
To maintain productive relationships with stakeholders with respect to different project
To manage information and share with key stakeholders with regard to different communication channels and medium
To supervise & monitor documentation of overall organization
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
Sales planning and defining product's price
Solid understanding of item category wise with proper analysis
Prepare marketing and sales plans
Prepare quotations and proposals
Fulfil given sales target
Submit regular progress report
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Analyze current and estimate future expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies, and revenues. This enables him/her to provide recommendations for the company’s growth and resolution of problems
Perform Business Process Analysis of the merchants to standardize business processes for their future operation
Develop business proposals for existing and new customers

Should have completed a Masters in Business Administration
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience of using qualitative and quantitative tools
High quality report writing skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
Dynamic and strong personality
