Summary

Cedar Gate Services is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves defining, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements while driving the design and review of test cases, evaluating process change requests, and managing project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Case Development 
• Utilize data modeling techniques to analyze business needs and propose strategic and operational improvements 
• Assess potential risks and opportunities associated with recommendations 
• Identify necessary processes and IT solutions to implement proposed changes 
• Planning and Monitoring 
• Develop plans and create evaluation processes to assess the impact of implemented changes 
• Oversee and report on the effectiveness of these changes
• Requirements Analysis & Documentation 
• Define and document system requirements and specifications
• Organize and prioritize requirements effectively 
• Elicit, translate, and simplify complex business needs into clear functional requirements 
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including models and diagrams, to support business objectives 
• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration 
• Work closely with internal teams to understand departmental and organizational needs. 
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance products and services. 
• Requirements Management 
• Ensure efficient communication and management of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 

RequiredExperience / Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering , Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science , or a related field (or equivalent). 

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience. 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL databases and querying. 
• Experience with data visualization and reporting techniques, especially for US Healthcare terminology. 
• Strong knowledge of automation analysis, testing analysis, and documentation. 
• Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques. 

Other Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
