Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our innovative Australian-based company specializing in SaaS messaging platforms. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing business-to-customer communication solutions. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team, working closely with Nepali timings (6 AM to 3 PM) to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
Real-Time Communication: Work with WebSockets and related technologies to build efficient real-time communication tools.
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Optimize and manage our Digital Ocean infrastructure to enhance security and performance.
Problem-Solving: Tackle complex backend challenges and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

NodeJS Expertise: Extensive experience in backend development using NodeJS, with a strong understanding of server-side technologies.
Database Management: Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including optimization and scaling.
DevOps Skills: Hands-on experience with infrastructure management and deployment pipelines.
Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
