Should have good command in both English & Nepali (speaking and writing).
Proficiency in MS office package.
Preferred two wheelers’ driving license with vehicle.

Job Description

Responsible for content writing on different creatives.
Update the latest offers in the Big Mart app.
Responsible for designing new creatives for social media and other platforms.
Publish the designed creatives on respective platforms.
Send offer signage to stores.
Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
Update top-level managers via emails regarding current customer feedback towards Big Mart.
Guide customers according to their interests who inquire about availability, price, and quality of products on different platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, and Instagram.
Assist in executing Big Mart marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer issues and forward them to the concerned department for resolution.
Execute other duties as requested by the Marketing Head
Proficient in Photoshop skills for creative design.
