The incumbent must be at least Bachelors in management with at least 2 years’ experience in related field.
Excellent in word, excel, PowerPoint preparation, email, internet surfing, printing, social media
The incumbent must be acquainted with accounting (Preparing voucher, receiving and collecting cheques, invoicing, accurate posting, following up for receivables from members and other parties,),
Banking (deposit, reconciliation), procurement and procedures,
Taxation (TDS, ETDS, VAT, tax reconciliations, follow-up with tax office)
Audit (preparing final accounting, procedures of audit and formalities).
Must have personal vehicle with valid driving license
Good behavior with all

Age Limit – 20-35 years

Accounts and Administration Related Jobs
Invoicing and getting delivered the invoices of membership fees and other receivables from members and contributors, confirmation of the delivery of invoice to the right person/right department.
Follow up with members by telephone, collect the dues, do needful for deposit of collected cheques at bank, and reconcile the collection of cheques by bank on daily basis.
Prepare necessary accounts vouchers (receipt, payments, journals, contra) and computer posting
Entire work related to tax office from deposit vouchers of TDS deductions to reconciliation of the same on monthly basis including forwarding of the deposit of TDS to the parties.
Bank Reconciliation on Monthly Basis, calculations of bank interest on quarterly basis.
Assist in Annual Audit Work
Maintain petty cash and small procurements
Assistance in organization’s programs like conference, seminars, interaction, AGM etc.
