Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Architect to lead planning, design, and architectural development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design capability, technical expertise, and proficiency in architectural software, along with practical experience in drafting and interior design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural planning, concept development, and design execution
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, drafts, and presentations
Develop interior design concepts and integrate them into projects
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams
Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and client requirements
Review and finalize design documentation for execution
Supervise project design stages from concept to completion
Utilize architectural software for design and visualization

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of building planning and architectural design
Experience in drafting and interior design is required
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: NPR 45,000 – 55,000 (based on experience and skills)
Additional benefits will be provided as per company policy
