Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to design and oversee the construction of buildings, landscapes, and other structures.

Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and objectives for the project
Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings and models
Create and present design concepts, renderings, and drawings to clients
Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated into the final design
Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction documents
Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in compliance with design documents
Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and materials

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Licensed architect with 5+ years of experience in the field
Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Having prior experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficial
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods and materials
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
